Pros
- At about the VP level and below, there are some great people here. Most people are working hard and willing to collaborative to try and close gaps. - Great healthcare.
Cons
- The problems start at the top. Important decisions are made in a vacuum with little thought or planning into how to follow through. - When things don't work out there is little accountability at the leadership level, instead the pressure and repercussions are pushed down. - There is a lack of diversity in important areas, like the exec team and in the sales organization.
