I used to love working here but over the past year this once great company took a turn for the worse. There are many hard working and smart people who still work here, but the work load is getting unbearable for many. Upper management turns a blind eye to these issues and pretends like nothing is wrong while many are drowning. People are getting burned out and have nowhere to turn which leads them to look for a job else where. Senior HR is not trustworthy or approachable. They focus on the wrong things and do not actually care about the little people. The executive team seems to be turning into a bunch of yes men who have no ideas to help the hard working employees who keep this company running. They keep making disruptive changes to these departments and wonder why people are getting burned out? There is a strange new slogan of customer obsession that they are trying to push. Maybe instead of coming up with weird slogans, they should focus on the issues that are pushing good people out of the company. It's too bad because Mike Baker and the founders have given this company great leadership and have taken this company from nothing to something.
