      Pros

      Your life will be great if you have a good manager but your well-being is dependent upon that.

      Cons

      There is no plan, no vision, no opportunity for growth. HR has been promising change all year but it's been so slow to come it's hard to believe it'll ever happen. Others have posted about low pay but the benefits are also quite low. If you do manage to find a growth opportunity you will end up reporting to the CEO and he WILL micromanage you.
