Very performance-driven with little margin for error.
I consistently received 4.5–4.75/5 performance reviews. After one lower review, I disagreed with parts of the feedback and explained my perspective point by point. The next day, I was fired.
No improvement plan. No structured support. No second chance, despite internal messaging about programs meant to help employees who are struggling.
If you are performing at the top of your game, everything works. If you are not, or if you push back, you can be out immediately.
