Pros

Working at dgs Marketing Engineers has been one of the most positive experiences of my career. The company truly values its people and fosters a culture built on trust, flexibility, and support. The leadership team is approachable and genuinely cares about their employees, which makes a huge difference in day-to-day life. Flexibility is a major strength here — whether it’s adjusting schedules, remote work options, or simply being understanding of life’s unpredictability, the company consistently shows that they value work-life balance. The culture is not only talked about but actually lived: it’s inclusive, team-oriented, and filled with genuinely kind and motivated people. It’s rare to find a workplace where you feel so appreciated and respected, and that’s exactly what dgs Marketing Engineers offers.

Cons

Honestly, none that come to mind. Like any workplace, there are busy and stressful periods, but the support you receive from the team makes them manageable.

Pros

Nice work environment. Talented staff. Good benefits. Great on-boarding process. Very organized schedule. Clear definition of work to be accomplished.

Cons

Female leadership claims to promote females in leadership roles, but has a negative, condescending attitude that only those with thick skin (not creatives) can even handle. Does not show any genuine interest in employees or their well-being. Lots of turnover. Low pay. Pressure to provide quantity over quality. Projects are micro-managed.
