Pros
Salary is good. The new site is a very nice building with good working environment for the staff. The new management is trying to improve the company profitability and business acumen with appropriate investments.
Cons
Schizophrenic, no pipeline due to lack of previous management infighting and short sightedness. Employees with history there are viewed with suspicion, such as we're they part of the problem in the past? Current management lack of experience in the product science is causing short sightedness, and delays.
