Pros

A lot of pros here with no micromanaging and good flexibility on work schedule. Also, I feel my voice is heard here which is a big plus.

Cons

Health insurance is pretty decent but could be better.

Pros

Industry pioneer status: dmarcian was first in DMARC, earning instant respect at ecosystem events and conferences—you feel like a rock star collaborating with partners and standards bodies. Sociocracy, not top-down: Everyone has a real voice in strategy via refined sociocratic practices, shaping decisions big and small beyond just your role. Mission-driven culture: Attracts altruistic teammates united by making email safer—a genuine purpose guiding all work. Excellent work–life balance: Competitive pay, generous PTO, international travel, and clear boundaries, plus strong professional development paths.

Cons

If you don't have mature self-discipline and prefer highly structured environments with close supervision and strictly defined tasks, dmarcian may not be the right fit. Success here depends on strong self-management, comfort with ambiguity, and a willingness to take ownership beyond a narrow job description. If you’re not genuinely motivated by our mission to make email safer for everyone, and are mainly looking to “clock in and out,” the culture and expectations here are likely to feel misaligned.

Pros

The company was one of the first to market with their tech, so their name is quite synonymous in the SaaS Email Security space. Large established customer base, but new wins are slowing down.

Cons

Horrible husband/wife leadership driving the company's moral and performance into the ground. They promise big things and then pull the switcharoo. They look successful on paper, with healthy recurring sign-ups/renewals, however, under the covers they've lost any strategic partnerships, are not growing new business, and have multiple lawsuits both domestic and overseas against them. Not to mention the revolving door of employees.
