Really strong teams, strong leadership and a place where you can make your own career if you know how to push your managers and leaders to see you value

Cons

Agency life can be tough, but overall it’s no different than what is expected

Pros

The people are generally very smart for the industry

Cons

While the executive leadership jet sets to places like Cannes to pretend like they are contributing to the industry you will never receive a bonus nor will you see a pay increase that is even close to inflation. They will tell you how DNA has achieved significant revenue growth but you won’t see any of that money. Instead you will see people getting layed off and a lack of support on your accounts. You do get to work long hours and brag about how much of a contributor you are. If you’re not part of the “in group” then you won’t have anyone advocate for you, not even your manager. They will slowly just push you out. If you’re even close to an introvert don’t bother working here. Not speaking in a group setting will be looked at negatively because according to DNA you need to be an extrovert and always have something to contribute. They don’t care about your working style or personality type. Nothing will change because most executive leaders know each and have worked together at previous jobs and are really just looking out for each other and not you. Also realize that DNA is part of IPG which is getting bought out by Omnicom. IPG has already laid off lots of people paving the way for this and when Omnicom does takeover do you think they will prioritize IPG people or their own people?
