      Pros

      Getting paid. Going home at the end of the day .

      Cons

      Not enough staff to do the work. Some departments don’t like to help other departments when required. Hiring staff they are not qualified to do the work (pay peanuts get monkeys). Some staff just don’t care. Various issues have been going on for a long time. Too hard for Management to fix so they have ignored the issues.

      Great work environment with a collaborative team. Management is supportive, and there are excellent opportunities to work on interesting projects. A very structured and professional place to grow your skills.

      Cons

      Corporate structure can occasionally make project timelines move a bit slowly due to multiple levels of approval.
