Drivers Select is a great new alternative to car buying and selling. I am a CEO with the Sales team. The recruitment team epitomizes the Be Transparent core value. All my questions about compensation, benefits and culture were answered with straight forward answers. I have never felt more welcomed and excitement during a conversation regarding my job offer. There is no cap on earnings for commission bonuses. The uniforms reflect the laid back and common ground approach to their business practices. The employees wear t-shirts with jeans/shorts and comfortable foot wear. Tribe Members are encouraged to succeed and supported through various venues. There is a break room area where the company routinely stocks groceries for consumption by any member, monthly CARE meetings to celebrate fellow co-workers AND catered lunches for days where the volume doesn't allow a trip to the local eatery, etc.
