Pros
I've been with the company for over a year now, and it's still a bit surreal sometimes. The people here are incredible to work with, and work for. The core values are no BS, and the testing before you're even hired keeps the drama to a minimum and the harmony between employees very high. It's unlike anywhere I've ever worked before, and the laid back environment allows me to be myself without having to worry about repercussions if I need to ask for help to achieve my goals. That said, you are expected to perform and succeed at a high level, but the difference from a lot of other companies is we're given the tools and guidance to do this and you're told exactly what's expected of you.
Cons
We are growing VERY fast. Sometimes that means new employees don't have a desk, or can sometimes get lost in the fast pace of the sales floor. It takes a lot to come in here and succeed, so you need to be prepared to work hard, and long. But the rewards are well worth it.
