DuPont Sustainable Solutions is not a DuPont company. It was purchased by private VC from overseas. This new company has an agreement with DuPont to use its name and logo for the next few years. It is composed of less than 700 people and recently they laid off a good percentage of their Learning and development group. This new organization lacks clarity, a good understanding of the L&D world and have a tendency to shoot for future technology which they lack the infostructure and sound knowledge. The same old management that forced DuPont to sell this part of their business is still running the show. Either you obey and do as your told or you are forced out through deceit and lies. The new company edict is to help protect and save lives through their business is figurative at best. There sales force makes commitments to clients which they can’t keep due to lack of working knowledge on how to achieve it. Stay away it will only bring you down and limit your growth.
