This gives a lot of freedom to the engineer. - achieved and a developed a lot more than what we thought we were capable of ! - ultimate job satisfaction... The products built are used by end users and we continuosly innovate to make the system better,

I've worked on some cool projects and got to go to interesting event.

The company is the most dysfunctional I've ever worked for. There is a lot of time wasted on meetings where people argue it out among each other until someone would get tired of arguing, instead of the manager or someone with credibility on the topic would say how things need to be done. The software is a big hack, and so is the process of writing it. Everyone works late nights, weekends and holidays. We get encouraged to work a lot with management's manipulative tactics. The manager even tried to manipulate one employee to work on a religious holiday.
