What I like most about working at dé VakantieDiscounter is the positive energy in the team. People help each other out and genuinely encourage their teammates while keeping an overall relaxed vibe. Everyone is approachable. There are fun activities outside work and the overall work environment is great - while working on location in the bright and cozy office or from home.
Cons
It's not very corporate. That's positive overall, but sometimes a little more structure helps - with internal communication, for example.
