- They never see you as a human race - No matter how good you are working there is no appreciation at all - No matter you are working for more than 10 years or less than 1 year, there is no appreciation, no long service award, no good pay, nothing at all, as soon as you not making money for them, they just can cut you like that - The owner only act nice in front of a lot of people, when you do one on one with him he is so much opposite with that - They never care with your career development or your living being as human, you just their money source - The owner is rude and harsh, his ego is skyrocket - He somehow cant talk normally nor professionally, he cant talk as you are human nor giving you respect, more like to a slave or servant, he can threaten you and talk big every time you give your opinion or talk if there is something you think not correct with the company - There is no bonus, advantage, what so ever, only peanuts monthly pay - P.s: call fairwork to make sure at least they pay you at the minimum standard - Pss: Find another Job as soon as possible
