Pros
Everyone including directors and CEO are welcoming and friendly. Lively office, music on all day, relaxed Environment. Family feel, Good training Career Progression. I am supported by my manager and further up the management chain. I have actively been allowed to pursue opportunities for both my development and also within the company. I feel I contribute and have the ability to make a difference whilst not being management, not even a team leader.
Cons
The board is all white and male. It could do with some diversity, there is no female representation. The cons I used to have are slowly vanishing, I do believe our CEO and CFO are driving the company in the right course. Benefits are not fantastic but it doesn't bother me that much at the instant as I'm more focused on my career openings.
