I would not recommend this company due to the poor working environment and lack of healthy management practices. The atmosphere is very tense, and employees are constantly under pressure. Overtime is expected on a regular basis, but compensation for extra hours is inconsistent and often unclear. Work-life balance is extremely poor, and many employees seem exhausted or burned out. One of the biggest issues is communication and management structure. There is no proper HR department, and many concerns are handled directly by upper management. Feedback is often unclear, inconsistent, or based on office rumors rather than direct communication. Employees frequently feel insecure about their positions, and there is a culture of fear regarding overtime and performance expectations. Staff turnover is extremely high. Many employees leave within a short period of time, and several international workers appear to stay only because of visa or financial situations. In my experience, the company tends to take advantage of the fact that many employees are foreigners who may not fully understand local labor protections. The workload is also very unstable, with constant pitches and urgent projects that create unnecessary stress. Employees are expected to work long hours for relatively low salaries, despite the demanding environment. While some colleagues are friendly, the workplace culture feels divided, and new employees are not always welcomed easily. Gossip and rumors also spread quickly within the office. After working here for several months and having previous experience in other companies, I decided to leave because the overall working conditions negatively affected my well-being. I strongly believe the company needs major improvements in management, communication, employee support, and work-life balance.
