office environment is not good most of employee are from Hyderabad and those who have no other option or job opportunity in market. you can find people from varied domain work working in automotive domain and they don't have a clue what they are doing in company. Management is one big waste. if you are ready invest some amount in company you also can become a management. they have so called offices outside India which they claim as their expansion overseas and try to attract engineers with some good experience. Worst place to work after even as a fresher and would be life's biggest mistake if you join after having some years of experience. By mistake you join this company and want to leave they it will be like climax of a Telgu film. You will be first emotionally blackmailed and then finally get political and goon threats in some cases.. So join at your own risk..
