Pros

The team here itself is great — close-knit, supportive, and easy to rely on. That is the reason it’s still bearable to stay.

Cons

Top management focused on pleasing leadership, and it often comes at the expense of the team. Credit doesn’t always go to the people who did the work, and contributions are overlooked.Once a leader say it’s “normal” for bosses to take credit and discredit others, which says a lot about the culture.

Pros

Some of the benefit you will get: - Claimable travel expenses; mileage, toll and parking - Claimable home office set up, including monthly claim on your Wi-Fi bill - Project allowance - Unlimited Coursera training - they make it a must for you to complete certain hours of training per year as part of your KPI. Shows that they encourage growth. - They sometimes have brown bag sessions, where your peers share knowledge with you. If you take these sessions seriously, you can engage in the session and learn so much from experience An environment is only toxic if you get involved in the toxicity. Find out who in the company that could help you grow, and constantly get their advice and support. Everyone that I know in eCEOs had superb experience and professionality. You don't just report to your reporting manager, you will work with so many managers and will learn different management styles. Just because it's out of your norm, does not mean that the manager doesn't know what they are doing. Once you're in a project, you may have to work in different ways or processes that you are used to. So you need to be fluid and flexible. The character growth in the company is *chef's kiss*

Cons

The HQ office in Plaza Sentral is not nice. No office toilet, you would need to use the toilet shared with the whole floor. The office itself is not well maintained. If you're joining as a PMO consultant, it's fine because you'll mostly be onsite. But if you're in the technical or office team, kesian.
