Owner is "the devil", Will try to cheat you out of every dollar possible, no pay rises, pay less than competitors by significant amounts, will lie to clients about your skill set just to get you in, expected to give 40 billable hours a week as opposed to 40 hours of work a week (and even then 40 billable is not good enough.. more is expected)... so say goodbye to work life balance, the owner is the devil and expects you to be sub-serviant to his wants and needs for money and power, the whole business is smoke and mirrors act, the owner is the devil. You may also be hired more for "whom" you know just to help the business land a prospective client.
