Many cant say one but i can give you an example If you are a team of two people and by any chance if you are good with work and other is not then you will get appreciation and they will tell you to do his work as well and at the time of salary bingo both gets same pay hike I don't know whether their coding standards were having any consistency but pay hike is consistency
