      Pros

      A great company, as a start up very dynamic, creativity and innovation abounds. Small enough team that you know everyone, very hands-on from Directors to juniors.

      Cons

      lots of remote workers so makes the team ethos more difficult to sustain. Locations - Stirling & Winchester make it difficult to find well qualified employees without going through expensive agencies.

      The companies Clinpal software is unlike any other solution - way ahead of the game. Tight knit friendly team Flexible partial work from home policy for most staff

      Cons

      Technically demanding for some Working with clients in a new business area can be challenging - often demands a consultative approach that does not suit all candidates
