      Pros

      Great people to work for, they really value their customers and support their employees. Very understanding when personal things come up, and you need time off, and great about providing cert training to upskill.

      Cons

      Better communication between Sales/CustomerSuccess/IT. Not terrible, but sometimes the departments struggle over ownership of issues and being a real team.

      eCreek is a fantastic company in the IT industry. My skill set and career have grown tremendously, and I love that I am treated with respect. The team is growing and it's very fun to be a part of!
