It Helps in understanding how proactive user is with software and based on his understanding they are guided with the implementation process. 2. New Joinees are headed by the Team of Senior Analyst and they help them in using the software efficiently and effectively and guides them in using the software whenever required 3. Top Managements are always available to hear to their employees and resolve their issues and help them wherever possible. 4. Top Managements are approachable and be mentor to the employees wherever required. Mr. Vineet Bansal (CEO of Company) is always available to help his team and guide them and also approachable to the client. He is Positive thinker and firm believer of providing solution to any problem arised. Always guides his team in solving the problems. 5. Wonderful company to work with if anyone is willing to learn, explore and grow their skill set. 6. New Requirements from client are brainstormed by the Technical and Non-Technical Team and together they plan the design and deliveries, Brainstorming sessions etc.

Salary is little less compare to market standards but to start with its ok.
