Pros

I have been part of the transformation and sharing Birds Eye view of what is Altudo now - We have 360 Degree review system which empowers people to review their own bosses -You get to work with Fortune 100 to Fortune 200 clients -You get Profit share of the project that you worked on. The share could be multiple times of monthly compensation. I recommend getting in touch with your old pals or send mail to hr and the team will happily share the last payout data. -Every employee has a self created learning plan monitored and tracked monthly via a dedicated Mentor. -Transparent and data centric rating system where performance data gets locked every month instead of leaving your performance appraisal at the mercy for managers -You get $18k worth of family trip annually in additon to appraisals if you are Rockstar performer -Onsite Visa processing for multiple countries at organisational expenses. Feel free to connect with people who travelled onsite to UK and those who are onsite on H1. B1/B2 has been applied for close to 10% of employees and many were successful. -Trainings from externally hired experts -Partnership with industry leaders to open more business verticals besides Sitecore -Dedicated monthly party budgets in addition project success and other organisation level events -CEO Connect Program where people are free to talk their heart out over lunch with CEO. This might seem like a manipulated post, but so are other positive posts (as claimed by many other reviewers :)).Feel free to send mail and get validation of every point PERIOD( taken from many other reviews :))

Cons

There are always improvement areas that every organization keeps working on. Employees are openly adding to the list and we have a backlog , which is getting executed as per the defined priority :) If you are an ex employee and feel you have suggestions, feel free to get in touch

Pros

Exposure to a group of high-profile clients with a wide variety of projects. The company places significant responsibility on individuals to deliver during client engagements.

Cons

1. No operational infrastructure--telephones do not work, internet goes down continuously, no accounting system 2. No project infrastructure--no process, no governance models, no time tracking, inconsistent project management 3. No career path--no education or investment in people, poor working facilities 4. No commitment to the customer--focused on 'closing the deal', then hope the project is delivered, customers typically only execute one project and then leave 5. Unsustainable business models--50% annual employee attrition rate, 80% customer attrition rate, low-ball projects with no margin
