Great place to learn - Associate eFounders Employee Review

Surrounded by talented people with strong experiences in their expertise (in core-team and in projects) . Very challenging work environnement. You'll learn so much troughout the projects on so many levels (marketing, product, business vision...) You have the feeling that eFounders is becoming your second family (very very caring about peopl). eFounders is a reference in the startup ecosystem.

Culture of feedback should be more present (it's sometimes hard to get a 1 to 1 with partners). Each time a project leaves it's heartbreaking :'(

- strict guidance for the founders - eFounders manages ventures tightly through 3-4 update meetings a week and on the daily basis, helpful if you are new to business, can be overwhelming - everyone is very young - good for an internship or the first job

- they promise incredible things to get you on board, but reality doesn't match that - inexperienced founders can be junior at managing people and overly emotional - they favour Slack over meetings, talking in person is badly perceived, founders rarely talk to their employees - having only white French men in management and the founding teams is not a coincidence
