Pros

Less pressure, easy work, leaves are granted easily

Cons

1. No room for development. Same work over and over. 2. There are posters all over the office telling people to communicate! A big no in the HR world 3. Basic don'ts are not followed (observation, never happened to me): Giving life advice, false expectations about growth opportunities, 4. The company does not take hiring serously and then poot managers regret later. Especially in QA. 5. Some team members are asked to over acheive but not compensated fairly. Hence the rate of employees leaving and hiring new employees is high.

Pros

Supportive coworkers who were always willing to teach, answer questions, and help me succeed.

Cons

Management needs significant improvement. I didn't feel supported or properly trained, and there was an expectation to know how to do tasks without adequate guidance. Communication was often unclear, and feedback focused more on mistakes than coaching. I also felt isolated, and it seemed employee concerns were discussed with others instead of being addressed directly. A more supportive and communicative management team would greatly improve the workplace.
