Pros

1. Working-environment: People at eGain are very accessible, you can ask anyone anything and they'll help you without a second thought. Timings are flexible and you can work at anytime feasible. 2. Senior-Management: You get to learn a lot and your peers' hard-work becomes a driver for you to work more on yourself (Just Imagine Managers working (technically) despite having so many years of experience). 3. Work-life balance: It is very good and extra efforts are appreciated and recognized. 4. Teams : Teams are small, so everyone is equally exposed such that their contribution is equally visible. 5. Team-approach: Personally, I got the best team ever, I got great moral support from my seniors and they helped me create approach to handle different scenarios. 6. Appraisals: I've heard its good (not sufficient experience to judge that) 7. Technology: They are working now on latest technologies. You are not bound to work on a single technology.(Can switch teams or have hands-on with other teams as well).

Cons

Every issue is a priority issue and need to be solved immediately. **Some pressure is expected in product based companies.

Pros

Supportive coworkers who were always willing to teach, answer questions, and help me succeed.

Cons

Management needs significant improvement. I didn't feel supported or properly trained, and there was an expectation to know how to do tasks without adequate guidance. Communication was often unclear, and feedback focused more on mistakes than coaching. I also felt isolated, and it seemed employee concerns were discussed with others instead of being addressed directly. A more supportive and communicative management team would greatly improve the workplace.
