Leadership lacks strategic thinking and know how. CEO is a micromanager which makes the overall culture extremely slow. There is no real marketing strategy to speak of, leading sales to generate their own leads especially in the EMEA market. No marketing tech stack (mail merge for email campaigns) Very much a culture of 'this is how we've always done it'. Employee turnover extremely high, yet issue isn't really recognised by leadership. Striking amount of nepotism in senior leadership, thus lacking real diversity of thought (and also skill).
