Pros
Exposure to projects and technology that would be difficult to come across in another local company. Great people to work with, many of whom are very good at their jobs. Decent benefits. Entry-level salary is good for new graduates. Beautiful surroundings and view of nearby hills. Located close to both major universities and company is very supportive of staff pursuing further education.
Cons
Too many people have worked here for a very long time and are very complacent. Better salaries are easy to come by hence the fairly high turnover. Healthcare insurance coverage could be much better.
