Good company - Sales Supervisor eHealth Employee Review

I have had the privilege of working at eHealth and can confidently say it has been an outstanding experience. The company places a strong emphasis on employee development, providing comprehensive training and resources to ensure every team member can thrive. One of the standout aspects of eHealth is their commitment to open communication. The open-door policy makes it easy to reach out to managers and team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment. The atmosphere at eHealth is incredibly positive, and the team culture is one of the most supportive I've encountered in my career. From day one, I have felt valued and respected, which has significantly contributed to my job satisfaction.

Reflecting on my time here, I honestly cannot think of anything that the company could improve upon.

Gracious DTO policy. Pay is on par Most of the sales team and really any other teams are where to go. Cloud, engineering, and ComOps are very close teams that I love to work with.

IT management does not listen to complaints or concerns. Will work you till you cant anymore, then will try some more. HR does not seem to actually want to help.
