Pros

Are you serious?. There is nothing in this place. They don't have proper Id cards. They ask u to take a cardboard piece and attach your photo to it.

Cons

Without giving salary they would ask you to travel and also not give you a single penny. They would make you beg for your own salary. Don't even think of joining this place as a trainer especially please. Your life would be in a mess. Each trainer hasn't received close to 1-2 lakhs. These are guys are fraudsters. Go to linkedin and check out the Director - Deepak Subramanian, the next level fraudster!

Pros

The only thing I like about the company is that they were trying to make an impact in recruitment space by helping young freshers to get their first job with good orientation by its trainers.

Cons

This company is an ungrateful company. I have never seen such company in my entire career. There are people in this organization who have supported it in their worst of the worst times.But none of them except few chosen ones's get any recognition.One can get only fake promises by the management .There is no clarity or transparency in terms of fund flow or fund transfer in the company. All the time the company says that it has not generated enough revenue to pay salaries and also fool people to wait for salaries until investors do some transfer. Later , they say all investors have not paid and all this crap. Once you get frustrated and leave the organisation for various reasons , then you are like a stranger to them.The management will not pick your calls and will neither respond to your smses or mail.You have to be back of them for your previous dues like a street dog.You are just another stranger to them after you leave this company. I left the company months back and still waiting for my dues.

Pros

You will have chances to learn new things which is not a part of your profile

Cons

1) No transparency in financial matters 2) Delayed salaries 3) There are 25 former employees for whom the settlement is not yet done 4) The management will say a date and promise to pay settlement on that date, but CEO will not do anything on that date, he will give another date 5) Without a PF account the employer detects PF amount from the employees, this is a severe criminal offense. 6) The management will respect you only if they need your expertise, once work is done they will never even say a thanks My kindest request is please never join that company. They are the worst nonprofessionals, but they will pose as if they expect others to be professional to them. Worst night mare of my life. 4)
