I love working for a company that doesn't micromanage and provides you with both support and the resources needed to be successful! This is also one of the few companies in which the leadership team will be the first to hold themselves accountable and are always welcome to feedback. I genuinely love this team and how we celebrate each other's successes. I really appreciate that you're provided a flexible schedule for things like appointments and family priorities. Would absolutely recommend working here!

There are absolutely no pros to working here and I would have given it 0 stars if it would have let me.

President is a very big micro manager. Creates a terrible culture and working environment. Also very unethical. Vice president is not much better.
