-Greedy owners that underpay employees. The rare company outings and parties don't compensate for it. -Owners that micro manage when there are managers for a reason -Owners that don't know what they're doing regarding the technology/software -Low starting and continuing salaries -Underpaid and overworked environment -Lack of standard processes and documentation -Lack of standard and useful training process for new hires -High deductible health insurance, don't work here if you have a lot of health issues. It's at around $3000, which is ridiculous
