Pros

There is no pros to this company. From the get-go it screams mismanaged & understaffed.

Cons

Graveyard shift with poor working conditions. The offices have poor working conditions. The chairs are faulty as in paper-thin foam to sit on, broken wheels, and dysfunctional back rest & seat adjuster. There is not even free food (they have coffee and sugar, but thats it) to make up for that. For a graveyard shift, they have ZERO empathy for their employees. No lounges for us to rest in during breaks. Even comfortable seats, they have none of that. The managers are also very unhelpful. They talk a lot of glitz and glamour like motivational speakers but dont be fooled. They won't help you out & will even cause you stress & strain your morale. Unanticipated schedule changes. The managers are very poor at communication. One manager in particular LOVES surprising us with sudden changes in schedules, such as announcing right before the end of shift that the team's sched will be changed. He often leaves out the team in discussing these matters. Very disrespectful. Low salary. They love promising increases to people but never do it, even to their most maximized employees.

Pros

- Free hot and cold water, plus coffee — small perks, but nice ones. - Friendly work environment, so getting through the day is pretty easy. - Tasks are simple and clear, so you always know what you need to do. - Morning shift hours were great and made the schedule easy to manage. - Great location, just a short walk to Ayala Mall and nearby convenience stores.

Cons

- Career growth is slow, and the pay isn’t great. - Team leaders do a lot of nodding but not much leading — definitely not the type to stand up for their team. - Management isn’t ideal. They “paid” for overtime with food and drinks and tried to pass it off as caring for employees. - When I had COVID, they still marked me absent instead of granting leave — a clear sign of how little consideration they give to real-life emergencies or a global pandemic.
