      Pros

      You get to be part of a company that truly is in a high growth phase. Each member of our team is hired strategically so that they have a direct impact on our companies future growth. We are an awesome, welcoming bunch that communicate very affectively and developed a culture that is truly in balance with our companies values. One of the few companies in this area that demonstrate how they care about their employees and its not only lip service.

      Cons

      I would say this is more "Caution" than a con review. You'll be part of the growing pains that comes with developing strategy and process. (which is a good thing in my mind) but that can come with a great deal of stress and responsibility. Make sure you've got the long term mind set and that you are ready to help build. No way to really "coast" in your role with eLuma. If you're looking for something that you just want to come and do your thing and then go home this might not be the place for you. They want active participants working for the team.

      Pros Timely pay including pay for indirect time; access to a variety of testing materials

      Cons

      Poor to no communication regarding contract renewals; weak on-site communication. Unfortunately, from personal experience, eLuma has weak communication with contractors regarding on-site issues as well as contract renewals. If they are not renewing your contract, they may not tell you (which was my case) and instead, when you inquire, you are just told "schools are signing late this year," completing evading what is going on. There was an instance of another remote therapist being assigned to the school on the same day, the same time, and using the same room as I was using which reflects poor communication with the site to manage this situation appropriately.
