- Excellent work-life balance. - Friendly work environment. - You will get to work with experts in the field of OLED. - Government contract provides positive outlook and stability. Company is expanding & bringing in new tools.

- Relative small company, so you will get to multi-task. Not a bad thing as you get to learn new things and expand your knowledge. - Company needs to invest money into developing user-friendly centralized data collection system. Lacks data analysis capability. - Company needs to invest money into fab automation, as many operations are still done manually (typical for older 200mm fab). - Fab in need of infrastructure refresh.
