Very trusting, no micromanaging. They take on feedback well. There is support and help where needed. They won't throw you in the deep end. Very relaxed people. They don't make you feel scared or stressed. There's a separate team for each process so you can really just focus on your own role. Management respects work life balance - when you finish your day you can expect to properly relax and detach from work.

Nothing that's a deal breaker. Looks like they are working on it and expanding the diversity aspect.

It is a very open environment where everyone is encouraged to contribute and share their ideas, regardless of what level of employee they are. Management is kind and understanding with an open door policy.
