The work flow can change seasonally and be prepared for your duties to change based on new ideas from the management sometimes you are given a task and not followed up on but that is just part of the position

- The work is relatively easy. - Good people to work with. - Good environment to relax in.

- Can be very mundane at times. - Certain types of customers can be a big pain to deal with. - Not all departments are always on the same page.
