      Pros

      The people here are really great! They treat everyone with dignity and respect, and are always watching out for their employees. I had such great times working for these guys because they are very passionate about the work.

      Cons

      The location isn't close to any places to eat. There is a restaurant right next door, but it's too much.

      Pros

      Really great people who are highly effective creatively and compassionate personally. A lot of opportunities to collaborate and bring your own creativity to the table.

      Cons

      Could also be considered a pro: there is an improvisational approach to the work that can occasionally be a bit confusing, but at the same time is liberating and fun. Not really under their control but sometimes the locations have lots of restriction that make it challenging to do good work; however that is often the case with any type of production.
