Cons
SSC certificates will be asked as security deposit, for 1 year. No offer letter will be given. Less manpower, more pressure, the worst leave policy, almost 11 hours of working (they say it's from 8am-6pm, but it's not actually). Lesser manpower pressurises the employees to work for longer hours, only then they will be allowed to leave for the day (as if it's some school and u r a student, unless u finish the work given, u can't leave....and while leaving, u shud inform and then go if your team leader agrees) seniors behave like they are unofficial team leaders and keep shouting always...no proper work desk allocation, no proper user accounts (passwords are not confidential here, anyone can use any user ID n password), more of a typing institute kind of.
