zero pros, instead of gaining something you will loose your mental piece also.

Very poor work ethics. cunning peoples with political mind,who tries to make full use of compulsion of freshers. In-sensible tech-leads and project managers. Horrible and inhuman policies, which makes employees feel as slave. Bunch of family members without any proper managerial virtue. No good projects. No facilities, no salary hikes. Every weekend extra work without any comp-off. Very bad infra-structure.

Personal growth is the main thing that I liked about this company. You would get to learn a lot of things and that too with complete freedom of expressing yourself.

Nothing much but Work life balance is what I would say is not upto the mark due to long working hours
