Non technical poor management with g8 products - Anonymous employee ePharmaSolutions Employee Review

Since the company has been bought by investors it's going downhill. Layoffs are very common and management is shifting all work to offshore to show profits to investors. All of the good experience ppl either fired or left. Within 2 years strength has been downsized from 150 to 50 Big talk but no progress by cto, director & architects... all have been referred by one or other.
