Pros

As a new member of the Success Management team my first few months have been an amazing adventure. The training here is first rate. You immediately receive a mentor to guide you through your day as you learn new product and service information. My team consists of high caliber people who know what they are doing and the energy level is high and enthusiastic. Management is focused on success and staying relevant. I’ve been introduced to eQuest’s tried and true product lines and some new, not yet released technology. Although eQuest has been around for over 20 years, it still retains the spirit of a start-up. Management also keeps things interesting with funny social themed events like National Sandwich Day, Hawaiian Island Day, Day on the Bay, and cooking classes. They even provide little electric motor scooters for visits to restaurants and local shopping. I am very happy I joined the company.

Cons

Wish the office was a bit closer to San Francisco – but 30 miles isn’t so bad. Between BART and Bishop Ranch's executive buses things are all good.

Pros

Opportunity to gain hands on experience in a fast paced environment.

Cons

Lack of structure and clear communication from leadership made the role stressful and unpredictable. Expectations were often unclear or changed frequently, which made it difficult to succeed in the position. At times, the work environment felt unprofessional, and there was limited support or accountability from management. Management could be inconsistent and, at times, dismissive, which impacted morale. There was limited guidance or training, so employees were often expected to figure things out on their own. Work life boundaries were blurred, with after hours communication and urgent requests being common. Overall, the environment felt reactive rather than organized, which created unnecessary pressure.
