      Pros

      It may be the right place if you want to learn some basic knowledge and skill about Real-time Embedded OS before switching to better company, since they has a good Embedded OS development environment, which you can learn the OS from the scratch.

      Cons

      Inefficient engineer has high evaluation, just because the "work attitude", while the efficient engineer has bad evaluation just because they don't pretend to be "working hard". The manager is low skill and working base on their emotional, not objective purpose.

      If you want to learn about the embedded OS technology, it is a good place.

      Waste a lot of time for unnecessary issue. Employee attitude was bad.
