      I cannot think of one thing that was good about this company to say here!

      Cons

      Worst culture ever. People were rude & disrespectful. No one would even try to help you when you joined the organization as a new employee. I had 3 different managers. One director would literally cuss me out when I asked questions. It sounds like that I am making this up but I am being one hundred percent truthful. Do not even consider working for this awful company.

      Pros

      Enjoyable experience, developers will help each other out. Willing to share code and review it. Flex time, full-time employees work from home one day a week. Take home laptops. IT management all have technical backgrounds.Deployment lunches every quarter.

      Cons

      Requirements from the Business were often incomplete or vague. Not enough regression testing being done which results in errors showing up that should have been caught in Development and QA.
