Good benefits. Paid well. Good working environment. Nice people. No politics. Good company to work for 1-3 years.
Cons
Although there is unlimited PTO, work-life balance is non-existent. Expect you to work long working hours in office, at home, or on vacation (plus even weekends). Unable to do work efficiently because there is no standard process (everything is a hectic mess) and company acts like a start-up even if they have been around for approximately almost 20 years. Burnout from the piled-on tasks, especially the tasks that has nothing to do with your job title and job description as well. No career path. Management gets away with everything. Horrible IT department that does not know how to do anything and are not resourceful.
