Partial culture - Ecommerce Associate eStore Factory Employee Review

It is mandatory to give 1 star OR else, I would have given 0. They are partial towards the old employees related to increment & learning opportunities. Leave rules are worst. Don't go with fake promises at the time of interview. They just do listing not more than that. Even, you need to work 12 hours a day no work life balance. You need to be available 24 hours for them like, slave. They never appreciate your efforts. If you have work to hard then also, they will give you disrespect.
