- Positive environment - True open door policy with executives - Clearly stated career path within the company - Downtown Washington, DC - Generous benefits/vacation time - Family first policy - Company is stable - Sporadic company lunches and dinners The bottom line is the positive, friendly and diverse working environment the company offers.

-Remote work -Thursday company lunch -Some coworkers are nice & relatable -Office is near great restaurants -Office building has fun events & a gym

-Micromanagement -Lack of leadership skills and professionalism from direct supervisors -Always creating changes with hopes they’ll better the company but the changes never do -LOW SALARY -24/7 work days -No work/life balance -Benefits are terrible -If you’re not in the main clique than you are treated like garbage -You won’t be valued, appreciated or properly trained here -If you are a leader then this isn’t the place for you because they want followers -The culture is terrible. Everyone uses profanity. Even the Directors
