Great Company! - Strategic Account Manager eTargetMedia Employee Review

I’m not here to drum up this company more than it needs to. It’s a good job filled with incredibly nice people. No company is perfect and eTargetMedia is no exception. That said, the pros far outweigh the cons. You really have to dig deep if you’re searching for something negative to say. I’d recommend this company in a heartbeat.

This employer will look after you if you pull your weight, work hard and have a positive can do attitude! This is a close nit team and the focus is on TEAM which does not have the word "I" in it. If you don't understand something....ASK...don't guess. This employer has taken years to build his reputation with his clients and as such expects to keep it up, so attention to detail is key. Open door policy makes it easy to speak to management. Previous negative comments about this employer is due to not understanding expectations of management (in my opinion)....new employees being on their phone the first day on the job and not owning up when they have made a mistake! This employer takes good care of their employees. My advice is: you can only expect to get what you put in. Work hard, be on time, be loyal and accept responsibility when you have made an error!

The work is constantly changing according to the client's requirements, so you have to learn to keep your wits about you.
